Information is used to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential partnerships or sales-network applications, provide requested information, and maintain professional relationships.

This website is not intended for the transmission of protected health information or for medical advice. Do not submit patient-specific or sensitive clinical information.

How the inquiry form works

The resource inquiry form sends your first name, last name, work email, selected information topic, and confirmations through the website delivery service to HubSpot for NorthStar to review and respond. NorthStar does not store form submissions in a website database. LiifeID submissions also generate a notification email to NorthStar. Use professional business contact information only; do not enter patient information. The provider checkbox on the FebriDx form is a self-attestation, not a license verification. The LiifeID form sends your name, business email, organization, organization type, optional title, information or call preference, phone number if supplied, and contact consent to HubSpot for NorthStar to respond. LiifeID inquiries do not require provider or patient-status confirmation. Submitting either form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Website cookies and tracking

NorthStar uses HubSpot tracking to measure website visits and page activity. HubSpot may use cookies to recognize returning visitors and associate website activity with known contacts. Form entries are not saved by this website in browser storage. The hosting and delivery services may process technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, and security logs to operate and protect the site. This is not a promise that browsing is anonymous or that the hosting platform uses no cookies.

External services

Calendly, YouTube, and LinkedIn are linked services, not embedded tools on this website. They receive information when you visit them and operate under their own privacy policies. Do not send patient information through these services. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in marketing emails.

Your choices

You may contact NorthStar to ask about the business information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or ask to stop receiving marketing communications. Requests are subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements. Do not include patient information in a privacy request.
